All orders will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation and will be delivered within 3-8 business days. These times may vary if the package is held by local authorities or customs.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for something else carried in our store or receive a shopping credit.
Returned or exchanged products must be unworn, unsoiled or laundered, with all ticketing, tags and protective shields attached, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
The return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Shop Nikki Beach will ship all soiled, worn, laundered and damaged items back to the customer, as we can no longer resell the merchandise.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item or receive a credit for your next purchase. Return for exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
